Preamble

These Terms of Use determine the rules for accessing and using this website, which every user agrees to accept, without reservation, by accessing the site.
In accordance with Article 6 III-1 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, you are informed that the website “Nice Shoulder Course” (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by the AERCOT association (hereinafter the “Association”).

The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not exhaustive.
Despite all due care given to creating and updating the Site, errors may occur. Users should verify the information and are solely responsible for any use they make of the information accessed on the Site.

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the congress. By participating, you authorize the use of your image for AERCOT’s communications and promotional purposes related to its events and congresses.
 
You may request the removal of a photograph featuring you by writing to niceshouldercourse@gmail.com.

4. Intellectual Property

Except for content in the public domain, all elements of the Site (information, data, trademarks, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of, or are licensed to, AERCOT and are protected by copyright, trademark law, and all applicable intellectual property legislation.

Unless otherwise stated, and except for reproductions authorized by Article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, copying, presenting, downloading, distributing, modifying, or reproducing, in whole or in part, for publication or distribution by any means or in any format, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from AERCOT.

Where authorized, reproduction must include the statement:

The page consulted and the date must also be referenced.

Except in cases of force majeure, events outside our control (such as access network disruptions, user equipment failure, or any event related to Internet access), and subject to necessary maintenance or repairs, AERCOT will make its best efforts to keep the Site accessible at all times. However, users access the Site at their own risk.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. The courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Marseille have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes concerning their validity, interpretation, or execution, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
